Yep, we're in Lubec Maine, and this is where the sun shines first in the U.S., right on our little fishing town which we affectionately refer to as the "The Beginning".

"Wicked Good" Smoked Salmon, a true gourmet delight, is produced by Bold Coast Smokehouse, in the Easternmost town in the U.S.A. Just a few miles short of the 45th Parallel, half way to the North Pole, making us "The Easternmost Smokehouse in America".

"Trouble is, we can't figure out if our secret is in the sunrise harvest or in our smokers! We ain't just whistlin Dixie neitha! Matter of fact, the Southernmost part of our Downeast community of Lubec is known locally as "Dixie".The folks down in "Dixie" want their smoked salmon "finastkind" and that's what its all about!
